About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead our Grocery division in the GTA East, GTA Central, and Ontario East regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to each account as scheduled to build strong relationships with grocery store managers and staff.
  • Create and maintain professional working relationships with every grocery account to drive sales growth.
  • Pitch and secure floor displays on focus brands across different grocer banners.
  • Communicate rotation and dating concerns with store managers to ensure optimal inventory management.
  • Place orders for new inventory based on historical sales patterns to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 1-year training or experience in a sales background.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to close sales deals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
