**Territory Sales Manager – Precision Cutting Tools**

Summary: Experienced Territory Sales Manager sought to drive sales growth and develop customer relationships in the Canadian market for a leading manufacturer of precision cutting tools.

**Job Description**

Heritage Cutter, a US-based manufacturer of precision cutting tools, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the Canadian market. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and providing technical support to customers and distribution partners.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Oversee and manage customer relationships in assigned territory
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and profit margin
* Collaborate with internal resources, such as Product Managers, to support territory
* Communicate market trends and product competitiveness to management and new business
* Submit regular reports on target account updates, quotation feedback, and distributor updates

**Requirements**

* 2+ years of machining experience on both manual and CNC machines
* 2+ years of sales experience
* An engineering degree or a certificate program from a machining trade school

**Skills and Attributes**

* Highly motivated and technical capability to understand and recommend solutions for milling and tapping applications
* Ability to develop value proposition for Heritage Cutters products/solutions
* Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop cross-functional relationships
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
* Demonstrated ability to grow sales in a designated territory
* Customer empathy/customer advocate mentality
* Strong project management skills
* Ability to work independently to set daily priorities and workload
