We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Magnotta Wine, Beer, and Spirits. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding customer expectations in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute a daily schedule of calls to assigned territory to meet sales targets and promote product growth.
  • Maintain and solicit new business by building credible and long-term relationships with on and off premise accounts to increase revenue and volume within your territory.
  • Effectively plan on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to meet goals to increase market share, space allocation, and customer service while managing assigned budget.
  • Service and ensure the marketability of our products through shelf management, display position, and frequency, concept selling, and price point management.
  • Educate staff by administering product tastings and training seminars on priority brands.
  • Report on competitive activities within territory and offer constructive suggestions.
  • Prospects, qualifies new accounts to determine potential fit with brand portfolio.
Requirements
  • Must have fully insured, reliable, and appropriate transportation.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License in good standing.
  • 3+ years' selling experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
  • Knowledge of Liquor Board Regulations, market trends, and competition.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Must be a detail and results-oriented professional with excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Proficient PC, iPad, and MS office skills.
  • Must have or willing to obtain smart serve certification.
