Job Title: Event Planner

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our team at DELTA GOLF COURSE (2015) LTD.

Job Summary:

The Event Planner will be responsible for coordinating and executing various events, conferences, and meetings at our facility. This includes arranging logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and services.
  • Plan and execute event layouts, including seating arrangements, audio-visual equipment, and catering.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget execution.
  • Coordinate with staff and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Monitor and control event expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees, vendors, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in event planning software and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Working Conditions:

The Event Planner will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The Event Planner will work 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
