At DELTA GOLF COURSE (2015) LTD., we are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and coordinating events, conferences, and meetings. Key responsibilities include reviewing bids, negotiating costs, and arranging for shipping, receiving, and storage. The Event Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating set-ups, staging, seating, parking, communication systems, and other details for special events. Additionally, the candidate will implement social programs, food and beverage, transportation, and other services. The Event Coordinator will plan and arrange for accommodation and transportation services, develop registration systems and information materials, and research and design special events programs. The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and have the ability to work under pressure. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 40 hours per week.
