Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at DELTA GOLF COURSE (2015) LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing various events, conferences, and meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Develop and implement event marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
  • Manage event budgets and ensure timely payment to vendors
  • Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in event planning or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
