  • At DELTA GOLF COURSE (2015) LTD., we are seeking an Event Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing various events, including conferences, meetings, and special occasions.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning, with experience in reviewing bids, negotiating costs, and arranging for shipping, receiving, and storage.
  • We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can work under pressure and maintain excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating set-ups, staging, seating, parking, communication systems, and other details for special events.
  • Additionally, the Event Coordinator will be responsible for implementing social programs, food and beverage, transportation, and other services. They will also plan and arrange for accommodation and transportation services, as well as develop registration systems and information materials.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of work conditions and physical capabilities, including attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. They will also be organized, a team player, and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • We offer a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek, and the successful candidate will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
