About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Team Members to Duties

Effectively allocate sales team members to various tasks and responsibilities to maximize sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Hire and Train Sales Staff

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.

Authorize Payments and Returns

Process payments and authorize returns in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement work schedules that meet the needs of the sales team and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.

Prepare Sales Reports

Compile and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Resolve Customer Issues

Proactively address customer complaints and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Manage Inventory

Oversee the management of inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste and excess inventory.

Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff

Provide guidance, support, and coaching to office and volunteer staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or supervisory role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week
