Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, managing store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sales Team: Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Store Operations: Assist in the operational functions of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Customer Service: Model desired selling and customer service behaviors at all times to promote a positive in-store experience for customers and employees.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide timely reports and analysis to store management on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
  • Team Development: Coach and develop sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Store Management: Assist store management in conducting new associate onboarding and training, and provide feedback on individual and team performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a retail apparel environment, with a focus on luxury retail.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a sales team and motivate team members to achieve sales goals.
  • Operational Skills: Proven experience with POS management, daily banking procedures, and submitting timely reports.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with store management and sales team members.
  • Availability: Availability to work varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and holidays.
