About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Team Members to Duties

Effectively allocate sales team members to various tasks and responsibilities to maximize sales potential.

Hire and Train Sales Staff

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to meet the needs of our customers.

Authorize Payments and Returns

Process payments and authorize returns in a timely and efficient manner.

Establish Work Schedules

Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize downtime.

Prepare Sales Reports

Compile and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Resolve Customer Issues

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Manage Inventory

Oversee the ordering and stocking of inventory to meet customer demand.

Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff

Provide guidance and support to office and volunteer staff to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 7 months of sales experience is preferred.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

32-40 hours per week is the standard work schedule.
