Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Financial Management: Authorize payments by cheque, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, minimizing waste and maximizing stock levels.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Work Schedule Management: Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and minimizing overtime.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
