We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at H & M Global Consulting Inc. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales team members and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels to ensure that stock is adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability, team player.
Work Environment
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
