Position Overview

Aaxel Insurance Brokers Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Insurance Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in insurance services and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field or equivalent experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all necessary forms, medical assessments, and policy requirements are properly completed.
  • Monitor and manage insurance claims while addressing client inquiries effectively.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding both group and individual insurance options, including risk coverage, benefits, and policy features.
  • Facilitate the sale of various insurance products, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, and aircraft insurance.
Required Certifications
  • Completion of the Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP).
Work Environment
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
