Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 1 to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a similar role.
- Ensure all necessary documentation, medical assessments, and policy requirements are fulfilled.
- Oversee insurance claims and address client inquiries effectively.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients.
- Provide detailed information regarding individual and group insurance options, including risk coverage, benefits, and policy features.
- Market and sell various types of insurance, including automobile, health, life, property, and marine insurance.
- Completion of the Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP) is required.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Primarily a sedentary role.
- Strong client focus and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Flexibility and sound judgment.
- Highly organized and reliable, with a team-oriented mindset.
- Permanent position with working hours ranging from 35 to 40 hours per week.
