Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a related field.
- Ensure all necessary documentation, medical assessments, and policy prerequisites are fulfilled.
- Oversee insurance claims and address client inquiries effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Provide detailed information regarding individual and group insurance options, including risk coverage, benefits, and policy features.
- Market and sell various types of insurance, including automobile, health, life, property, and marine insurance.
- Completion of the Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP).
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Work involves sitting for extended periods.
- Fast-paced work environment requiring the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong client focus and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
