Insurance Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Advisor to join our team at Aggie Janiak - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As an Insurance Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for selling and servicing Desjardins Insurance products to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Telemarketing and Lead Generation: Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and promote insurance products to potential clients.
- Insurance Advice and Sales: Provide expert advice on insurance options to clients, prepare quotes, and issue insurance contracts.
- Sales Administration: Administer sales processes efficiently and accurately, ensuring all client interactions are handled professionally and promptly.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Client Needs Analysis: Utilize analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions, ensuring clients receive the best possible advice.
- Outside Sales: Engage in outside sales activities to expand the client base, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
- Insurance Sales Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field, with a strong background in customer service and sales administration.
- OTL License: An OTL (Other than life) license is a requirement to start, ensuring you have the necessary qualifications to provide insurance advice and sales.
- Benefits and Compensation: Enjoy a base salary of $60,000, with a Monthly Sales Bonus and an Annual Bonus, as well as Health and Dental Benefits and Paid Vacation.
