Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Direct and manage the daily functions of the office to ensure optimal performance.
  • Operational Evaluation: Assess and analyze daily operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and guide other team members to enhance productivity.
  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Plan and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Training and Development: Manage training programs to support employee growth and development.
  • Electronic Inquiries: Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Senior Management Advisory: Provide insights and advice to senior management as needed.
  • Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Database Management: Maintain and oversee the digital database to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
