- Organize and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings
- Facilitate the activities of the HR department to align with organizational objectives
- Manage the flow of information within the team
- Oversee staff operations
- Assess daily business activities
- Plan and manage budgets and expenditures
- Organize daily operational tasks
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures
- Document and prepare minutes for meetings and events
- Design and implement recruitment strategies
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Administer contracts
- Handle telephone communications and relay messages
- Respond to electronic inquiries
- Provide advice to senior management
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Conduct data entry tasks
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
- Experience with electronic mail systems
- Must have own transportation
- Public transportation options are available
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
