Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers.
- Facilitate passenger check-in at the ticket counter, assign seating, issue boarding passes, and verify identification and travel documents.
- Label passenger luggage for correct destinations.
- Ensure the aircraft is tidy before departure.
- Assist in boarding passengers, tagging gate-checked luggage, and verifying travel documents.
- Make pre-boarding and general boarding announcements.
- Monitor carry-on luggage and operate jet bridges, canopies, and aircraft doors.
- Provide assistance to passengers with special needs, including those in wheelchairs, unaccompanied minors, and individuals with visual or hearing impairments.
- Support arriving passengers and oversee the Domestic and International Arrivals baggage area.
- Verify identification and assist connecting passengers throughout the airport.
- Help maintain and stock passenger lounges.
- Assist passengers with mishandled or damaged baggage.
- Maintain accurate records and update passenger files.
- Collaborate with fellow Customer Service Representatives in various functions.
- Actively engage in Porter's Safety Management System (SMS), reporting hazards and incidents encountered during daily operations; understand, comply with, and promote the Company Safety Policy.

Qualifications
- Eligibility to work permanently in Canada.
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably within the airline industry.
- Ability to obtain necessary security clearances.

- Proficient in multitasking and managing stressful situations.
- Detail-oriented with a proven track record of handling challenging situations and customers positively.
- Dependable with a clear attendance record and punctuality.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Ability to assist with wheelchair transfers and special service requests.

- Proficient in communicating clearly and precisely in English and French.
