Position Overview: CB Canada is in search of a dedicated Billing Support Specialist to enhance our operations.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving billing discrepancies
- Investigating and rectifying invoices as necessary
- Processing credit adjustments and maintaining communication with clients
- Delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring billing precision
- Supporting collection efforts as required
Qualifications:
