Join the Saskatchewan Roughriders and play a pivotal role in our Corporate Partnerships team as a Partner Success Manager. This position is essential for overseeing the execution and fulfillment of partnership agreements while cultivating robust relationships to enhance our partnership experience.

As a Partner Success Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Corporate Partnerships and be a vital contributor to our Partnership team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive Meaningful Partnerships: Lead the development and implementation of impactful partnerships by establishing strategic direction, managing client expectations, communicating timelines, and ensuring adherence to contract obligations.

2. Cultivate Strategic Relationships: Proactively build strategic relationships across various departments to ensure alignment with branding strategies by:

  • Providing clarity on the partnership process;
  • Informing about changes with new and existing partners;
  • Involving other departments in partner relations as necessary.

3. Execute with Precision: Manage the planning and delivery of partner assets across multiple channels, including traditional media, in-stadium activations, signage, experiential marketing, and community initiatives. Ensure all activities meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.

4. Innovate and Engage: Leverage your industry expertise and brand insights to creatively enhance partner relationships, propose corporate solutions, and identify new opportunities to achieve organizational objectives.

5. Measure and Report Success: Monitor and report on return on investment (ROI) and return on opportunity (ROO) for all partnerships, collaborating with the sales team to showcase value and opportunities to partners.

6. Collaborate for Growth: Work closely with the sales team to create new campaigns, explore sales opportunities, and realign existing assets to consistently meet partner corporate goals.

7. Support and Attend Events: Actively participate in Partner & Club events, demonstrating your commitment and engagement with our partners.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business-to-business relationship role, preferably with a focus on client relations and contract fulfillment. Experience in sports and/or partnerships is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and collaboratively with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and prioritization skills to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build reputable relationships with high-profile clients.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
  • Experience with design software such as Adobe Pro and Canva is a plus.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours and schedules, including all home game days.
