Overview:
The Saskatchewan Roughriders are seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual to fill the role of Partner Success Manager within our Corporate Partnerships division. This position is pivotal in managing and enhancing our partnership engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Manage Partnerships: Lead the creation and execution of impactful partnerships by establishing strategic objectives, managing client expectations, and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
- Build Collaborative Relationships: Cultivate proactive relationships with internal teams to ensure alignment on branding and partnership strategies by:
- Providing clarity on partnership processes;
- Communicating updates regarding partner changes; and
- Involving relevant departments in partnership discussions as necessary.
- Deliver High-Quality Execution: Supervise the planning and implementation of partner deliverables across various platforms, including traditional media, in-stadium promotions, signage, experiential marketing, and community outreach. Ensure all initiatives adhere to quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Innovate Partner Engagement: Leverage industry insights and brand knowledge to creatively enhance partner relationships, propose corporate solutions, and identify new opportunities to meet organizational objectives.
- Assess and Report Performance: Monitor and report on the return on investment (ROI) and return on opportunity (ROO) for all partnerships, collaborating with the sales team to showcase value and opportunities to partners.
- Collaborate for Success: Work in tandem with the sales team to devise new campaigns, explore sales opportunities, and realign existing assets to ensure partner objectives are consistently met.
- Participate in Events: Actively engage in Partner & Club events, demonstrating commitment and support for our partners.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business-to-business relationship role, ideally with a focus on client relations and contract management. Experience in sports or partnerships is advantageous.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work creatively and collaboratively with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with high-profile clients.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
- Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Pro and Canva is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including during home game days.
