6. Collaborate for Growth: Work closely with the sales team to develop new campaigns, explore sales opportunities, and realign existing assets to ensure partner objectives are consistently met.

7. Support and Participate in Events: Actively engage in Partner & Club events, demonstrating your commitment and involvement with our partners.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business-to-business relationship role, preferably with a focus on client relations and contract fulfillment. Experience in sports and/or partnerships is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and collaboratively with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and prioritization skills to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build reputable relationships with high-profile clients.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
  • Experience with design software such as Adobe Pro and Canva is a plus.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours and schedules, including all home game days.

Benefits:

What We Offer:

  • Opportunity to contribute to the success of one of Canada's leading brands and an organization that plays a vital role in our province and Rider Nation.
