As the Team Lead of Partner Support, you will report directly to the Manager of Partner Support and play a pivotal role in fostering both individual and team performance through effective management and ongoing development of team members' skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager of Partner Support in overseeing daily operations and managing workload distribution.
- Evaluate individual team member performance through regular assessments and provide necessary coaching.
- Foster a positive and motivating workplace atmosphere.
- Track team performance metrics and prepare reports accordingly.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on administrative duties and customer interactions.
- Offer direct guidance for all projects and activities undertaken by the team.
- Address escalated issues from customers and partners effectively.
- Optimize team productivity by reallocating resources as needed.
- Support the training and development of team members.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service or call center setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- Prior experience in training is advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency in French is considered an asset.
Additional Requirements for Internal Candidates:
- Must have been in your current position for a minimum of 6 months.
- Must have the support of your current supervisor.
- Must be in good standing with no HR-related issues or warnings.
Operational Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
