Position Overview

We are seeking a Market Development Manager to lead our marketing initiatives at RIGHT LINE IMMIGRATION SERVICES LTD.. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in market analysis and strategic planning.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a related field or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of market research data to enhance business strategies and decisions.
  • Design and implement various events aimed at promoting services, fundraising, and disseminating information.
  • Formulate effective communication strategies to engage target audiences.
  • Oversee the marketing strategies of the organization to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Guide the team in gathering essential market insights and conducting thorough research.
  • Establish and manage distribution channels for products and services.
  • Assess and refine the marketing strategies employed by the organization.
  • Create promotional materials that effectively communicate our services.
  • Recruit, train, and inspire staff to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Manage contracts and partnerships to support marketing efforts.
  • Promote business services to enhance visibility and reach.
  • Plan and oversee budgetary allocations and expenditures related to marketing activities.
  • Supervise and evaluate departments responsible for publicizing events and activities on behalf of the organization.
