We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at SK Immigration. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning and Control

Develop and implement effective budget planning and control strategies to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximize business returns.

Policy Development and Implementation

Establish and implement policies and procedures that align with our business objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Staff Management and Development

Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to achieve business goals and objectives.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Communication Strategies

Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and promote business objectives.

Project Management

Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and optimal results.

Operational Management

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a business development or related role.

Personal Qualities

Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and a team player attitude.
