Job Title: Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the British Columbia, Canada territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow the sales territory, increasing customer base and market share.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet annual/quarterly budgets and sales targets.
  • Conduct customer analysis, understand business needs, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide product demonstrations, educate customers on product lines, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales contracts, quotes, and terms, and escalate when necessary.
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships, visiting all accounts regularly.
  • Support installation at customer sites, adhering to company protocols and procedures.
  • Develop reference sites, provide sales support at meetings, workshops, and conventions as needed.
  • Forecast and submit sales reports in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Inside Sales and Clinical Training.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity, updating records and attending calls and meetings as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 35 years of sales experience in capital equipment sales, medical device preferred.
  • Experience selling lasers, RF, and minimally invasive technologies to dermatologists, facial and plastic surgeons.
  • BA/BS University Degree or equivalent educational background in business or a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, an asset.
  • Team player with excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, proactive mindset.
  • Excellent MS Office and computer skills.
  • Must own a vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Travel primarily within the territory, with some travel within North America and internationally as required.
