About the Role
The Area Sales Manager is a key position within the Dealer Finance Centre, responsible for driving the profitable growth of the portfolio. This role requires a strong understanding of Dealer Finance programs, products, and services, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and manufacturers to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to dealers and customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Dealer Finance programs, products, and services.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Working Conditions
The Area Sales Manager will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to meet with dealers and customers. The role requires strong time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
