Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team at Sai Estate. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions within the real estate sector.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for various administrative tasks that support our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and assess new administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Delegate tasks to office support personnel to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Establish priorities for work and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Manage administrative activities within the organization.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Compile data and generate periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Oversee and streamline office administrative procedures.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook
  • Familiarity with database software and Google Drive
Work Conditions
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Capable of working under pressure with attention to detail.
