Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Boston Pizza Henderson. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and leading a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the efficient preparation and presentation of food.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Training and Development: Train kitchen staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, providing a high level of service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, inventory, and staff performance, maintaining accurate records and providing data for management decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to maintain high standards of quality and service.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. The role requires a strong team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
