Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Hire and train new kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize kitchen operations.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize overtime.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a kitchen supervisory role is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
This is a permanent position with a 35 to 40 hour workweek. The language of work is English.
