Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Advisor to join our team at Culligan. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance and support to our customers across a geographic region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
  • Conduct product and water technology training for dealership associates and customers
  • Schedule and conduct regular product training meetings and seminars
  • Support sales growth opportunities through teamwork with Regional Sales Manager and Commercial Dealer Support teams
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Quality Assurance teams to ensure effective communication of product and service-related information
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in the water treatment industry
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to read and understand plumbing, piping, and electrical wiring diagrams
  • Good mechanical aptitude and ability to detect cause of failure in water treatment system components
