Job Title: Regional Technical Advisor

The Regional Technical Advisor will play a critical role in providing technical support to key Culligan customers within a designated geographic area. This includes troubleshooting assistance, product and water technology training, quality reporting, C&I project assistance, product field testing, and matters of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide regular technical support to Culligan customers, including troubleshooting assistance and product training.
  2. Conduct regular product training meetings and seminars for dealership associates, including service, sales, and office staff.
  3. Schedule and conduct periodic Household Service Training Schools within the region.
  4. Participate in two-way communication of product and service-related information between distribution and Culligan Product Development and Quality Assurance.
  5. Support sales growth opportunities through teamwork with Regional Sales Manager, Commercial Dealer Support, and Commercial & Market Development teams.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College or technical degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5 years in the water treatment industry.
  • Classroom instructor or teacher is highly desirable.
  • Up to 70% travel.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Strong mathematical skills required including understanding of reference materials such as tables and charts.
  • Ability to read and understand plumbing, piping, and electrical wiring diagrams.
  • Good mechanical aptitude required; must be able to detect cause of failure in water treatment system components.
