Real Estate Sales Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team at Local Home Finder. As a key member of our acquisitions team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring new real estate opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research on investment models, real estate market trends, and geographical data to identify potential acquisition opportunities.
  • Prepare and negotiate letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration documents as needed.
  • Manage leads and follow up with daily CRM use to ensure timely and effective communication with clients.
  • Assess property value and condition through research, data analysis, and site visits.
  • Ensure seamless transactions between buyers and sellers.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset sales and goal-oriented.
  • 1+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as superior phone skills to set and close appointments.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM software.
  • Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth.
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized.
  • Past sales experience is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
  • Candidates must reside in or be within commuting distance of Wellington, ON, CA to be considered for this in-office position.
