Compensation:

$75,000 - $110,000 at plan yearly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research on investment and partnership frameworks, real estate market dynamics, and geographical trends, while preparing letters of intent, contracts, and other essential business documentation for transactions.
  • Manage leads and maintain follow-up through daily CRM utilization to ensure progress until deals are finalized.
  • Evaluate comparable properties, assess value, and analyze conditions through research, outreach, data analysis, site visits, and market insights.
  • Facilitate seamless transactions between buyers and sellers.
  • Respond promptly to all incoming leads and client inquiries for information.
  • Oversee and curate content for social media platforms to enhance the company's online visibility and engage potential clients.
  • Interact with followers on social media, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as maintaining client records, scheduling appointments, and preparing necessary documentation to support the sales process.
Qualifications:
  • Must be passionate about real estate sales and goal-oriented.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or property sales is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with superior phone skills for setting and closing appointments.
  • Technologically proficient.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and eager for professional development.
  • Excellent time management skills and highly organized.
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Candidates must reside in or be within commuting distance to be considered for this in-office position.
