About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Asset Sales Professional to join our team at Local Home Finder. As a key member of our acquisitions team, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by identifying and acquiring new real estate opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on investment models, real estate market trends, and geographical data to identify potential acquisition opportunities.
  • Lead Management and Follow-up: Utilize our CRM system to manage leads, follow up with potential clients, and ensure timely communication throughout the sales process.
  • Property Evaluation and Due Diligence: Assess property value, condition, and comparables through research, data analysis, and site visits to ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers.
  • Transaction Coordination: Facilitate a seamless transaction process by ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and communicated to all parties involved.
  • Content Creation and Social Media Management: Develop and curate engaging content for our social media platforms to enhance our online presence and attract potential clients.
  • Client Communication and Support: Respond promptly to client inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure timely communication throughout the sales process.
Requirements
  • Real Estate Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as superior phone skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis tools, and other relevant software applications.
  • Time Management and Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Location: Must reside in or be within commuting distance of Wellington, ON, CA to be considered for this in-office position.
