Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management and Follow-up: Effectively manage leads and follow up with clients to ensure timely closure of deals.
  • Property Valuation and Assessment: Assess property value, condition, and comparables through research, data analysis, and site visits.
  • Transaction Coordination: Ensure seamless transactions between buyers and sellers, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Client Communication: Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide timely updates on the status of their transactions.
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms to enhance our online presence and attract potential clients.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including maintaining client records, scheduling appointments, and preparing necessary documentation.
Requirements
