- Property Valuation and Assessment: Assess property value, condition, and comparables through research, data analysis, and site visits.
- Transaction Coordination: Ensure seamless transactions between buyers and sellers, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the outcome.
- Client Communication: Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide timely updates on the status of their transactions.
- Content Creation and Management: Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms to enhance our online presence and attract potential clients.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including maintaining client records, scheduling appointments, and preparing necessary documentation.
- Real Estate Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools to manage leads and client relationships.

- Residency Requirement: Candidates must reside in or be within commuting distance of Wellington, ON, CA to be considered for this in-office position.
