Position Overview:

Our client, a prominent professional association within the healthcare industry, is in search of a dedicated Marketing Communications Coordinator to enhance their vibrant and enthusiastic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, edit, and format various communication materials;
  • Publish content on the organization's website;
  • Distribute newsletters and mass email communications;
  • Gather performance metrics and analyze media effectiveness;
  • Assist in information campaigns and special initiatives;
  • Oversee inventory of promotional products and materials;
  • Maintain archives of communication tools and performance analytics;
  • Support the organization of internal and external events.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • DEC or certification in communication, marketing, administration, or equivalent experience;
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience;
  • Strong proficiency in French (both spoken and written);
  • Basic understanding of English;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Familiarity with online content management systems and email marketing software;
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
