Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at the Protech Group. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in assisting the Marketing team in the continuous growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the Protech Group brand and its products worldwide.
  • Assist in creating and sending email marketing campaigns and monthly newsletters.
  • Develop and create content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Assist in creating content for offline and online digital ads and collaborate with an outsourced graphic designer to create the final ad when required.
  • Coordinate the shooting of marketing videos, from shooting to supervising editing and uploading videos on different platforms.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs.
  • Maintain inventory of promotional items and marketing literature and distribute as needed to plants and salespeople.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel, and marketing automation programs.
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Graphic Design, SEO, or Paid Ads (an asset).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Experience with various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.
  • A self-starter who moves projects forward, prioritizes tasks, and meets strict deadlines.
  • Must have a high level of creativity; familiar with Canva program.
  • Bilingual (English and French).
