Position: Marketing Communications Coordinator

Overview:

Our client, a professional association operating within the healthcare industry, is in search of a Marketing Communications Coordinator to enhance their vibrant and dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, refine, and structure various communication materials;
  • Update and manage online content;
  • Distribute newsletters and mass email communications;
  • Gather performance metrics and analyze media engagement;
  • Assist in public awareness campaigns and unique projects;
  • Oversee the inventory of promotional products and materials;
  • Maintain archives of communication resources and performance analytics;
  • Coordinate materials for both internal and external events.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • DEC or certification in communication, marketing, administration, or relevant experience;
  • At least 2 years of related experience;
  • Strong proficiency in French (both spoken and written);
  • Basic understanding of English;
  • Skilled in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Experience with online content management systems and email marketing tools;
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
