About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team at Recrute Action. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in client development meetings and implement business development initiatives across the firm.
  • Monitor the French pages of our website and ensure compliance with the content in English.
  • Write and coordinate documents for recognition in legal directories and relevant rankings.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Specialist and client teams to develop marketing programs and strategies.
  • Provide regular reports to the partners responsible for strategic clients.
  • Conduct competitive research and analyze prospects, sectors, and competitors.
  • Coordinate business development events, including seminars and webinars.
  • Support lawyers in managing sponsorships and developing advertising content.
  • Prepare presentation documents for various events and client meetings.
  • Manage and update our CRM system for the Montreal office.
  • Assist legal professionals in integrating various business development technologies (CRM, social media).
  • Oversee media purchases for the Quebec market.
  • Support the development of social media projects.
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent training, ideally in marketing or communications. Training in graphic design or production management is an asset.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing or communications.
  • Excellent command of the French and English languages, both spoken and written, to converse with Anglophone and Francophone clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM technologies, experience with SalesForce is an advantage.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong customer service skills, high discretion, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
