Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Projects Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Projects Coordinator, you will work closely with our marketing team to coordinate, launch, track, and report on various programs and events to support our teams in Quebec. You will be responsible for coordinating some of our organization's most important national marketing initiatives, contributing to the profitability of the organization by driving the adoption of marketing best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Campaign Coordination
    • Coordinate, communicate, and execute marketing campaigns that align with our overall business strategy and create demand for our products and services.
    • Track and communicate results, providing feedback to improve our marketing campaigns and drive profitability and growth in partnership with our suppliers and customers.
  • Brand Ambassadorship
    • Build brand recognition while supporting divisional sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences.
    • Ensure our corporate image is reflected in all our marketing activities and collateral.
  • Marketing Program Planning
    • Plan ahead and leverage technology to deliver and execute creative email campaigns that promote all our marketing programs.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of prior marketing experience.
  • Language
    • Bilingual (French and English) with an excellent command of the French language.
  • Skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to impart knowledge, provide training, and motivate employees.
    • Highly collaborative, innovative, proactive, and resourceful.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
