  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including complaints, issues, and resolutions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Work Environment:

The Customer Service Agent will work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of office and remote work arrangements.
