Customer Service Representative

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Prince George, BC. As a key member of our Northern Health Connections operation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client and passenger inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Book travel and process ticket sales
- Assist drivers with inquiries or concerns
- Creation of memos and other written documents
- Filing of invoices
- Arrange hotel room bookings for drivers
- Restock and order supplies
- Data entry for fuel and other information
Requirements:
- Exemplary customer service skills with previous experience in a customer-facing position
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Ability to remain composed, tactful, and professional in all communications
- Team-oriented with the ability to work with little supervision
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Confident, pleasant, and welcoming disposition
Working Conditions:
This is a casual position covering holidays and sick days, with the possibility of more hours as per business needs. Reliable transportation is required as there is no public transit servicing the business location.
