Customer Service Representative

FortisBC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer experiences through various channels, including online chat, phone, and email.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing knowledge and skills in customer service processes to provide exceptional experiences
- Building relationships with peers and leaders through regular interactions
