About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Charan Holdings Ltd. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Implementation

Develop and implement menu plans that meet the needs of our customers and drive sales growth.

Staff Management

Supervise and train a team of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that customers have a positive experience and return to our restaurant.

Marketing and Promotion

Develop and implement marketing and promotion plans to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.

Health and Safety

Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.

Financial Management

Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
