Food Service Operations Manager

Position Overview:
The Food Service Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the restaurant, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and manage budgets to assess costs related to food, beverages, and supplies.
- Analyze and improve daily operational procedures.
- Adjust food preparation techniques and pricing based on financial assessments.
- Monitor income to manage labor expenses effectively.
- Organize and plan daily business activities.
- Establish staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
- Provide training and development for team members.
- Maintain and oversee inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Negotiate service agreements with clients for catering or venue usage.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate and manage special events.
Experience Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Work Environment:
- On-site position.
- Compensation: $30.00 per hour for a 40-hour work week.
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time.
- Number of Positions Available: 1.
Language Proficiency:
English language skills are required.
