- Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute events, such as catering and facility rentals, to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
- Personal Suitability: Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
