POSITION SUMMARY

As a Client Relations Specialist, you will provide exceptional service to BDC clients by addressing their unique requirements. Your role will involve executing office tasks efficiently while demonstrating teamwork and collaboration by offering administrative and sales support to your colleagues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In a typical week, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting regional personnel with administrative tasks, including document creation and processing, report generation, and data entry; Maintaining professional relationships with various external entities and aiding in the promotion of BDC's financing solutions to influencers and potential clients; Drafting letters, proposals, and/or contracts for clients and professionals, adhering to established processes. Your exceptional organizational skills will ensure the accuracy of information, document preparation, and timely follow-up; Contributing to marketing efforts by organizing events, campaigns, and activities, which includes preparing marketing materials and providing logistical support on-site; Utilizing your analytical skills to actively participate in portfolio development, identifying financing opportunities, and creating innovative solutions that cater to clients' needs.

With your background in customer service, are you a proactive individual who excels at listening and identifying sales opportunities? Are you recognized for your organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively, consistently meeting deadlines? Are you adaptable to various situations? Do you have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory)? Are you fluent in English, both written and spoken? Proficiency in French is an asset.
