About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Specialist to join our team at BAAZ Immigration Inc. as a Media Relations Officer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Communication Strategies

Design and execute comprehensive communication plans to promote our organization's mission and values.

Prepare Written Materials

Write and edit reports, briefs, website content, speeches, presentations, and press releases that effectively convey our message.

Build and Maintain Relationships

Establish and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, clients, and stakeholders to promote our organization's interests.

Provide Administrative Support

Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, brochures, reports, and other documents as needed.

Coordinate Events

Organize and coordinate special publicity events and promotions to raise awareness about our organization.

Conduct Research

Gather and analyze data to inform our communication strategies and ensure we are meeting our goals.

Develop Marketing Materials

Design and develop a portfolio of marketing materials that showcase our organization's expertise and services.

Deliver Presentations

Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, and symposia to promote our organization's mission and values.

Provide Ongoing Support

Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure their needs are met.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

Language Skills

Fluency in English and Hindi, with proficiency in Panjabi (Punjabi) an asset.

Computer Skills

Proficiency in MS Office and MS Outlook.
